This page has been designed to provide business information, product updates and resources in relation to Appellation Wine Tours and is intended for the use of our wholesale trade network.

Appellation Wine Tours is a premium wine tour company operating Daily FIT, Private and Custom Wine Tours departing Queenstown and visiting multiple sub-regions of Central Otago region.

We have been operating for over 25 years and built up an excellent reputation within the industry with ongoing relationships with all of the cellar doors in Central Otago. We also specialise in small-group tours with the majority of our tours operating at a maximum of 12 guests.

Bookings and Enquiries

All bookings and enquiries can be emailed to bookings@appellationwinetours.nz. Please note we require the following information to process the booking:

Guest name, age (range,) and nationality
Pick-up/drop-off location
Any special dietary restrictions

Large group bookings or or custom tours can also be quoted separately. We can adjust the start time, pick up from another activity, alter the inclusions and take into consideration any vineyard requests.

“Julia was an amazing guide! This tour was such a great way to get a taste of the best vineyards. We were not in town for long so thought this would be the best option to get to a few places. We did the KJet first as part of a combo tour which was an awesome option as Julia picked us up from the drop-off point to take us to the vineyards. Garrett from Stoneridge Estate and the staff at Mt Rosa were super friendly and their knowledge was great! Bought a bottle of the Rose from Mt Rosa and made friends with others on the tour. “From the very moment we stepped on the the bus and was welcomed by our guide Murray it was evident this was going to be a great experience. After being acquainted with the other travellers our journey began with Murray constantly sharing his amazing knowledge and history of the regions.

Each place visited made you feel special and time taken for you to discuss and comment on the generous samples tried.
