Start the day with a round of golf, then spend the afternoon discovering boutique vineyards
Queenstown has become a New Zealand mecca for golf with a number of premium golf courses, from the picturesque Arrowtown Golf Club, the stylish Millbrook Golf Resort, to the spectacular settings of Kelvin Heights and Jacks Point golf clubs and the exclusive The Hills.
Choose to play at either Arrowtown Golf Club or Millbrook Golf Resort. Other golf courses can be arranged on request. Note for the Millbrook golf, a spa treatment can be substituted in lieu of golf. A minimum of 2 people are required to book this tour.
We will collect you from your accommodation in a luxury vehicle and transfer you to your chosen golf course for 9 holes of golf.
Your premium quality golf clubs, ball and cart will be ready and waiting for you and we will then leave you enjoy golfing at your leisure.
After 2.5 hours, your wine guide will collect you to begin your Private Boutique Wine Tour. Spend the afternoon discovering boutique vineyards, tasting some of the region’s fine wines and enjoying a gourmet platter style lunch at a vineyard restaurant. Tour finishes at 4:30pm.

I have been to many wine tastings being from California and I felt the tour company ensured we had a unique experience at each location, thank you. I am also fussy about my food and was delighted by the lunch...wow! That day we had goat meatballs on polenta, venison with a wine sauce, skin on salamon, pork and all sorts of veggies along with a flight of wines matched to the food. Our host was gracious and gave us 15 minutes to scoot around Arrowtown very quickly. We were picked up from our hotel by John, who was wonderfully engaging and knowledgeable about the area we were travelling through. We went to the Cardrona Distillery for a personal tour of the distillation process and tasting afterwards, which was wonderfully delivered by the team at Cardrona. We then went to Kinross Vineyard's Celler Door which was representing 5 different vineyards followed by a food platter - all was amazing and well delivered by the local teams. The sommelier were fantastic too. This region is known to produce some of the best Pinot Noir in the world. I learned sooooo much ... and tasted MANY wines...in fact it was one of the most generous wine tours in terms of how many wines we tasted. We visited Gibbston Valley Winery, Akarua winery, Misha's Vineyard (this where we had the main food tasting which was seriously spectacular... my favorite food thus far on our trip), and Mt. Rosa Wines.
